Black rainstorm or typhoon signal No. 8 : will reopen within 2 hours after the signal falls.

b) Cancellations at or after 6:01pm 

Under the yellow and red rainstorm : normal business 

Black Rainstorm or Typhoon Signal No. 8: The center will be closed all day.

c) Suspension during opening hours 

Under yellow and red rainstorms: normal business 

Black rainstorm or Typhoon Signal No. 8: The center will be closed 30 minutes after the warning signal is in effect
